According to customs data, in September 2021, China's exports of lysine and lysine salts and esters were 78,500 tons, up 21.3% YoY and up 24.8% YoY.
From January to September 2021, China's exports of lysine with lysine salts and esters were 569,000 tons, down 2.75% YoY, and the export value was US$695 million, up 32% YoY.
From January to September 2021, China's exports of lysine to some countries in Europe and the United States declined, and the top ten countries for its exports were the Netherlands, Germany, Thailand, Vietnam, the Russian Federation, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, Canada, the United States and Japan. Among them, the highest export volume to the Netherlands was 68,300 tons, down 3.79% year-on-year, by Germany with 34,400 tons, down 10.44% year-on-year. The third is Thailand, exports of 29,500 tons, down 7.37% year-on-year. 2021 January-September China's exports of lysine to the United States 17,000 tons, down 50.85% year-on-year.
